The ITD Mobile Application (AayKarya) has been designed for ITD officials, to give them a quicker and more efficient platform for work related interactions.
After installing the App, user will be able to -
· Look for another ITD official by searching with their name or designation
· Flag other ITD officials to his/her “Favourite” list for ease of reference in daily use
· Assign and manage tasks to subordinates officials with the help of a task dashboard
· Upload Outreach Activities. The uploaded activities are automatically published on Operation Clean Money Portal (www.cleanmoney.gov.in )
· Upload Success Stories. The uploaded success stories are automatically published on Operation Clean Money Portal (www.cleanmoney.gov.in )
· View different MIS reports from different levels. E.g. – The E-verification report can be seen at an all India view and at member level
For now, the mobile App can be used by CIT/DIT and above level only.
